Undefined Emotional Center

What is an Undefined Emotional Center?

In Human Design, the Undefined Emotional Center picks up the emotions in your environment and amplifies them and distorts them. What you need to remember is that the emotions you experience are not yours, but the emotions of others.

We are all constantly bombarded with the emotions of others. Whether we are at work, at home, or out in public, we are constantly interacting with people who are projecting their own emotions onto us. And while sometimes this can be positive and uplifting, other times it can be negative and draining.

So how can we protect ourselves from the negative emotions of others? One way is to learn to be more mindful of our own emotional state. If we can become more aware of our own emotions, then we can more easily identify when we are being negatively affected by the emotions of others. Additionally, we can try to surround ourselves with positive people who will help to offset the negative energy of the others in our lives.

When you're feeling overwhelmed with emotions (positive or negative), it's important to take some time for yourself to process your emotions. This can be tough to do, especially if you're used to being constantly surrounded by people. But alone time is crucial for your mental health and well-being.

Some people feel uncomfortable with being alone, but it is important to remember that alone time is not the same as loneliness. loneliness is a feeling of isolation and disconnection, whereas alone time is a choice to spend time by yourself.

There are a few different ways you can take some solo time to process your emotions. You can take a walk, meditate, journal, or even just sit in silence. The key is to find what works best for you and to make sure you're taking the time you need to deal with your feelings.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, here are some tips for taking some alone time:

-Find a quiet place where you can be alone and free from distractions. This could be outside in nature, in your home, or in a library or other public space.
-Set a timer for however long you feel comfortable being alone. You can start with just a few minutes and work your way up
